The Healing Power of Letting Go
Do you wish you could be more open to the spontaneous mystery of life. Do you suffer from stiffness in the body? Can you imagine what it would be like to live your life with more ease? Learning to let go is one of the most difficult yet essential skills for a happy and bountiful life. This session will include Somatic bodywork ,where we will feel, and awaken stiffness. Allow it to transform into light. The mind will be guided to a deep calm and reset. You will feel the power that you have within yourself to skillfully combine these techniques when you find yourself in moments of resistance. When life is not flowing. Understanding the relationship between softness in the body, softness in the mind and its invitation to abundance and ease is a key component of this session. Often “letting go” is associated with a giving in or a giving up. In this session we will understand more deeply how this idea/practice is about presence, authenticity, living in the moment and being supported by the great rivers of life.

Duration: (60 minutes) During this sacred hour, you will be intuitively guided to a state of deep relaxation, while mindfully experiencing the benefits of each theme of the weekly meditations. We will be using breath work and body movements to release tension and create a space of repair, relaxation and a state of being to fully benefit from the meditative practice.
